摘要

探讨专家经验类文献中提及的针刺疗效的影响因素。通过检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）和PubMed从建库至2020年9月4日收录的专家经验类期刊文献，提取针刺疗效的影响因素进行归纳分析。结果共纳入499篇文献，包括495篇中文和4篇英文文献。针刺疗效影响因素主要包括诊断方式、针刺取穴、针刺操作、针刺调神、针刺时间5个方面，为临床试验中针刺方案设计提供参考。
