摘要

对近10年来我国针灸临床研究进展进行回顾和分析

并对目前存在的问题提出相应的建议。近10年来

我国针灸临床研究取得了长足的进步

主要表现在:发表了一系列国际认可的临床研究证据;已形成初步的针灸临床评价体系;假/安慰针刺对照在国际上被广泛应用;针灸临床研究规范和标准已经初步建立。后续研究中仍需注意以下问题:注重研究整体布局和精细化;进一步完善临床评价体系;制订假/安慰针刺设置和报告相关规范;加强数据共享和平台整合;构建顺畅的基础和临床双向转化路径等。
