摘要

面肌痉挛是以单侧面肌不自主抽搐为特征，呈进行性发展，通常难以自制，并于精神紧张、情绪波动时加重[1]。本病虽不危及生命，但反复发作，给患者身心健康带来很大影响。笔者采用调神疏肝法针刺结合浅刺治疗面肌痉挛30例，现报道如下。1临床资料30例均来自2019年6月至2020年2月山东中医药大学附属医院针灸科门诊，其中男14例，女16例；年龄22～65岁，平均（43±12）岁；病程3～60个月，平均（26.6±14.4）个月。所有患者均符合第8版《神经病学》[2]中面肌痉挛的诊断标准，
