摘要

国医大师贺普仁教授创建“贺氏三通法”，将火针疗法广泛应用于内、外、妇、儿、五官等各科疾病。临床治疗中，不仅用火针治疗传统的寒证、经筋病，还将其用于热证的治疗，并突破古人“面上忌火针”的局限。导师李岩主任医师为贺普仁教授学术传承人，继承与发展了火针疗法的临床应用，改良了传统火针针具，使用烙刺火针治疗血管瘤和扁平疣等疾病，扩大了火针的适用范围，特别是将火针灵活运用于儿科疾患的治疗中。本文选取4种临床常见儿科疾病，介绍李岩主任医师的临床治疗经验。
