摘要

目的:比较"通督调气"法针刺结合温针灸与"通督调气"法针刺、腹部艾灸、口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗术后尿潴留的疗效。方法:将120例术后尿潴留患者随机分为针灸组、针刺组、艾灸组和药物组

每组30例。针灸组予"通督调气"法针刺结合温针灸治疗

针刺组予"通督调气"法针刺治疗

均穴取百会、水沟等;艾灸组于气海、关元、水道、三阴交穴艾灸;药物组予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊口服。均每天治疗1次

治疗5 d。观察各组患者治疗前后膀胱残余尿量、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、首次拔管时间

并比较各组临床疗效。结果:治疗后

各组患者膀胱残余尿量均较治疗前减少(P<0.05)

针灸组膀胱残余尿量少于其他3组(P<0.05);治疗后针灸组、针刺组、艾灸组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

且低于药物组(P<0.05);针灸组首次拔管时间早于其他3组(P<0.05)。针灸组总有效率为93.3%(28/30)

高于针刺组的63.3%(19/30)、艾灸组的60.0%(18/30)和药物组的66.7%(20/30)。结论:"通督调气"法针刺结合温针灸治疗术后尿潴留疗效优于单纯针刺、艾灸及盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊。
