摘要

隅读了《中国针灸》刊发的《追本溯源，穷流知变——“丰隆治痰”考证》一文后，从9本针灸古籍入手，也对丰隆穴的治痰功效立论依据进行溯源整理，并对其主治进行规范表述探索和主治变迁分析。与该文章中关于明代以后丰隆治痰功效开始泛化的观点相反，笔者认为在健脾化湿治广义痰湿基础上，明代以后，丰隆穴才进一步延伸了一个特指功效，即狭义的有形肺痰之症。丰隆为“治痰要穴”若作为一个学术观点，尚缺少充分论证。
