摘要

患者

男

37岁

于2020年6月15日就诊。主诉:口腔溃疡反复发作3年余

加重半月余。现病史:3年前无明显诱因每月反复发作口腔溃疡2次

康复新液含漱治疗后效可

但停药随即复发。半年前因情志不畅

每月反复发作口腔溃疡3～4次

72 h内可消退

于河南省中医药研究院附属医院内科就诊

口服汤药(具体不详)治疗4月余

发作次数减少至每月2次且灼痛感明显减轻。半月前因情志不畅及饮食辛辣致口腔溃疡多次发作

灼痛难忍

严重影响进食和生活质量。刻下症:易烦躁、易思虑

压力大或稍食辛辣即发溃疡
