摘要

笔者基于横络解结理论，影像引导下针刀治疗腕管综合征（CTS）30例，现报道如下。1临床资料30例患者均来自2019年10月至2021年1月山东省千佛山医院疼痛科门诊和病房，其中男12例，女18例；年龄40～75岁，平均（60±14）岁；病程2～28个月，平均（18.4±5.7）个月。均符合美国神经病学学会的CTS临床诊断标准[1]:(1)正中神经支配区域三个半手指（即拇指、示指、中指，半个环指）出现感觉异常；(2)前臂、肘关节或肩关节可伴有放射性疼痛，
