摘要

概念是理论的基石

对独特性和历史性极突出的传统针灸来说

概念史研究是理解与认识其理论的依据

也是传承与发展的根柢。传统针灸概念

其特点决定了研究重点在理论成形时期

以基本、核心的概念为主;方法上通过对针灸概念的形成、内涵演变、运用等研究

阐释意涵

进而达到解释理论、解决理论建构问题的目的。这与西方"概念史"研究的落点有所不同

在具体方法上却有相通。在针灸理论体系从古代到现代并走向科学的建构过程中

针灸概念史研究的基础意义和根本性影响

会日益显现。
