摘要

内迎香在古代文献中有较多记载[1]，然而古籍中仅言内迎香在鼻孔中，具体位置未做详细描述，鼻腔结构复杂，较难做到标准取穴。针灸教材[2-5]中内迎香的定位描述是“在鼻孔内，当鼻翼软骨与鼻甲交界的黏膜处”。鼻翼软骨（鼻大翼软骨、鼻小翼软骨）与下鼻甲、中鼻甲之间均有明确的黏膜区域：(1)固有鼻腔外侧壁下鼻甲前方的黏膜区域（图1中的Ⅰ区域）；(2)中鼻甲前方的小丘样隆起黏膜区域（图1中的Ⅱ区域），
