摘要

报道一强直性脊柱炎患者

接受中医针灸治疗情况。根据患者病情变化

灵活选择针刺方案(火针、毫针、温针灸)

并配合中药汤剂治疗。患者前后共治疗7年

期间(包括孕期)疼痛基本得到控制、脊柱及骶髂关节活动正常、血液人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)检查从阳性转为弱阳性。中医药对此例育龄期强直性脊柱炎不仅有较好的短期止痛疗效

也有较好的控制病情进展的长期疗效

对有生育要求的育龄期强直性脊柱炎患者起到缓解疾病症状、控制病情发展、保留生育功能的多重作用。
