摘要

“担截”首见于元代《扁鹊神应针灸玉龙经》中的道家针灸歌赋《天星十一穴歌诀》（下文简称为《天星》）所载“合担用法担，合截用法截”。古籍对担截记载甚少，歌中言“此法少人知，金锁都关”说明此法并非阙遗，而是精要所在，故秘而不宣。《天星》歌诀精简，仅提出11个要穴与担截相关。《拦江赋》在《天星》的基础上对担截进行了补充发挥，开篇即道：“担截之中法数何？有担有截起沉疴”，
