摘要

笔者采用针刺联合内颊车刺络放血治疗原发性面肌痉挛32例，现报道如下。1临床资料32例均为2018年10月至2021年1月于广东省第二中医院针灸科门诊就诊的原发性面肌痉挛患者。其中男12例，女20例；年龄24～55(45±8)岁；病程2～36(19.9±11.5)个月。均符合《神经病学》

中面肌痉挛的诊断标准。排除Bell麻痹后遗症、功能性睑痉挛、习惯性抽动症、Meige综合征及合并患有其他系统的严重原发性疾病等。
