摘要

耳鸣为耳科三大疑难病之一[1]，其患病率不断上升。笔者采用改良合刺针法治疗原发性耳鸣52例，现报道如下。1临床资料52例患者均来自2019年9月至2020年12月中国中医科学院望京医院针灸科门诊，其中男23例，女29例；年龄26～80岁，平均（53±14）岁；病程最短1周，最长3年，中位数为12个月。所有患者均符合《耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学》[2]中耳鸣的诊断标准。排除经专科检查属外耳或明确病因的中耳、
