摘要

以28部国内针灸临床实践指南为对象，对其制定过程中与共识相关的内容进行归纳与分析。经统计，28部指南均报告了在“形成推荐意见”环节使用了共识，并对共识人员、共识方法、共识过程及共识材料等方面进行了报告。但研究发现目前国内针灸临床实践指南对共识的报告尚不规范，主要表现为对“专家组”的定义不清且职责不明、对“共识会议”和“专家讨论会”存在概念混淆、“形成推荐意见”环节的共识流程不规范和缺乏对共识过程的详细报告等。建议未来研究者就如何进一步规范指南制定中各共识环节开展研究，以提升针灸临床实践指南的质量与临床适用性。
