摘要

恢刺首载于《灵枢·官针》：“恢刺者，直刺傍之，举之前后，恢筋急，以治筋痹也。”其中“恢筋急，以治筋痹也”点明了恢刺的主治病症是筋痹，对此古今医家均无异议。而对于“直刺傍之，举之前后”的八字操作术式，后世注家则演绎纷杂，或照抄原文鲜有注解，今人学之难免困惑。笔者从古今医籍梳理出几种主要观点，追因溯源，以期有益于理解和应用。
