摘要

患者，男，53岁。初诊日期：2021年1月4日。主诉：左侧面部牵拉感伴抽动1年余。现病史：1年前因家庭发生重大变故出现左侧下唇部牵拉感伴不自主抽动，后伴有左侧颞下颌关节处疼痛，遂至杭州市某医院就诊，经头面部MRI等检查未见明显异常，
