摘要

带状疱疹后神经痛（postherpetic neuralgia

PHN）是最常见的一种神经病理性疼痛，也是带状疱疹（herpeszoster

HZ）最常见的并发症，其发病率为3.9～42.0/10万[1-2]。临床表现以疼痛为主，常伴有睡眠障碍和焦虑抑郁等情感障碍，严重损害患者的生活质量[3]，超过50%的顽固性PHN患者有自杀倾向[4]。目前，西医治疗PHN以控制疼痛为主，但不良反应明显，易造成药物依赖或医源性损伤[5]。笔者采用毫针结合七星针治疗PHN，现报道如下。
