摘要

基于顶层本体及现有成熟本体方法论，对经络腧穴的相关概念进行辨析、定义与归类，建立经络、腧穴、脏腑等核心概念的关联，尝试构建经络腧穴本体语义框架。通过研究顶层本体的分类模式，认为经络、腧穴皆为中医特有概念，且为“虚空”之形，属于“非物质实体”。经络为人体内三维立体通路；腧穴分为本体腧穴、体表穴位，本体腧穴即人体体内的一种三维立体结构，体表穴位为人体体表最佳进针点，即人体体表零维点。经络及腧穴的主要关系有子类关系、表里关系、位于关系、对应关系、映射关系等。对经络腧穴语义框架构建的探索有助于理解经络、腧穴及其关系的内涵。
