摘要

梳理周楣声教授“灸感三相”学术思想，阐述其在临床中的指导价值。周楣声教授提出根据灸感感传发生发展特点，将其分为第一时相（定向传导期）、第二时相（作用发挥期）和第三时相（下降中止期与循经再传期），针对各时相不同灸感特点可制定不同的临床治疗方案，为灸法临床应用提供新的思路。
