摘要

急性腰扭伤是临床常见病，指在搬提重物、扭转腰部等急性机械性外力损害后，腰部肌肉、筋膜、韧带等软组织突然受到过度牵拉而引起的急性撕裂伤，严重影响患者的日常生活。笔者采用针刺带脉治疗急性腰扭伤38例，现报道如下。1临床资料全部38例均为2020年9月至2021年9月于浙江中医药大学附属第一医院（浙江省中医院）推拿科、急诊科就诊的急性腰扭伤患者，其中男23例，女15例；
