摘要

患者，男，64岁。就诊日期：2021年6月22日。主诉：腹痛、未排便5 d，伴恶心呕吐1 d。现病史：5 d前因“膀胱高级别乳头状尿路上皮癌”于外院行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术，术后间断小腹部疼痛、食欲欠佳、腹胀。1 d前出现恶心呕吐，腹部X线片提示肠梗阻（见图1a）。刻下症：恶心呕吐，腹部胀满不适，小腹部间断疼痛（2～3 h疼痛1次），无排便、排气，食欲、
