摘要

笔者采用小儿推拿联合刺络放血治疗先天性泪道阻塞患儿30例，现报道如下。1临床资料全部30例均为2020年9月至2021年3月山东中医药大学附属医院中医外治中心门诊及儿科住院部就诊的先天性泪道阻塞患儿。男17例，女13例；年龄4～15个月，平均（9±2）个月；病程6～12个月，平均（9±1）个月；双侧泪道阻塞12例，
