难治性突发性耳聋一般指经西医综合治疗无效，或未经治疗但病程3个月以上听力无明显改善者，也有学者将全身激素治疗1周无效者归为难治性突发性耳聋[1]。笔者采用灵骨穴深刺结合小醒脑针刺法治疗难治性突发性耳聋28例，现报道如下。
