摘要

患者，女，33岁，孕37周。初诊日期：2021年11月15日。主诉：左侧牙龈、上腭部疼痛5 d，疱疹4 d。现病史：5 d前因受凉、饮食辛辣后出现牙龈、上腭部疼痛，后左侧下牙龈外侧部及左上腭部出现散在黄白色斑点，未予重视。3 d前斑点扩大，呈片状分布，灼痛，予维生素C和维生素B1片贴敷，未缓解。11月12日因疼痛难忍于山东某医院口腔科就诊，诊断为“带状疱疹”，建议于皮肤科对症治疗，后于皮肤科予泛昔洛韦治疗，症状逐渐加重。
