摘要

神经性耳鸣是一种常见的感音神经系统功能障碍性疾病，以自觉耳内鸣响为主症，时如蝉鸣，或时如潮水，时作时止，鸣声隆隆不断[1]。神经性耳鸣不仅因频繁和严重的耳鸣发作导致患者注意力无法集中，影响其学习工作，而且也与睡眠障碍、焦虑等多种疾患相关[2]。因神经性耳鸣的病因及发病机制复杂，至今未完全阐述清楚，尚缺乏特效的治疗药物及手段[3]。电针乳突四穴是由高维滨教授根据临证经验，并结合人体解剖学理论所创立的一种治疗耳疾的方法。笔者采用电针乳突四穴为主治疗神经性耳鸣，现报道如下。
