摘要

患者，男，65岁，于2021年8月16日就诊。主诉：尿隐血(++)伴小便涩痛2月余。现病史：2月余前行“肾结石手术”后出现小便涩痛，刺痛为主，伴腰膝酸软。尿常规示：尿隐血(++)，尿红细胞（+++），诊断为“尿路感染”。经西药及中成药（具体不详）治疗后未缓解。刻下症：小便涩痛，刺痛为主，日间尿少，伴腰膝酸软，手心潮热，夜尿2～3次，平素工作劳累，神疲乏力，纳差，夜寐欠安，舌淡红、
