摘要

总结杨骏教授针灸治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床经验。杨骏教授治疗本病重视辨病、辨证，根据动眼神经麻痹的发病特点，主张“初病审因，从源求治”；依据病因病机将本病分为风邪袭络、脾胃虚弱、气虚血瘀3型，辨证选穴，结合采用睑周点按刺法、透穴抬睑刺法、健侧平衡对刺法，改善动眼神经麻痹症状；提倡头针、电针组合，以达最佳量效状态；注重眼周局部刺激，以期气至病所。
