摘要

患儿，男，12岁。初诊日期：2021年2月3日。主诉：头顶片状脱发伴局部结节囊肿3个月。现病史：3个月前因学习压力大、情绪紧张，头顶渐次出现散在脱发，合计面积约4 cm2，头发缺损处头皮可见黄豆至蚕豆大小红色丘疹，自感疼痛、瘙痒。于某医院皮肤科诊断为“毛囊炎”“斑秃”，予口服盐酸米诺环素、外用联苯苄唑治疗。治疗2周后瘙痒减轻，丘疹逐渐发展成囊肿，脱发面积逐渐扩大。刻下症：头顶多处脱发、融合成片，面积约10.5 cm×4.0 cm，头发缺损处可见多个皮下结节、囊肿，色红，
