摘要

髂胫束综合征（iliotibial band syndrome

ITBS）指各种内因、外因引起膝关节水平外侧髂胫束及其周围结构异常，进而导致一系列临床表现的综合症候群[1]。本病发病率较低，临床较为少见，极易引起误诊误治。根据《黄帝内经》中针刺理论结合临床经验，笔者采用傍刺联合艾灸治疗ITBS 14例，现报道如下。1临床资料
