摘要

低频下降型突发性耳聋是指1k Hz及以下频率的听力下降，至少在250、500Hz处的听力损失≥20 dBHL

。糖皮质激素是公认的一线治疗药物[3]，但易引起不良反应。笔者选用耳周五穴浅刺为主结合细辛外用治疗低频下降型突发性耳聋30例，现报道如下。
