摘要

电针可能通过调控磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶（PI3K）/蛋白激酶B(Akt)信号通路、环磷酸腺苷（cAMP）依赖的蛋白激酶A(PKA)/cAMP反应元件结合蛋白（CREB）信号通路、神经生长因子（NGF）/酪氨酸激酶受体A(TrkA)信号通路、Janus激酶2(JAK2)/信号转导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)信号通路、Notch信号通路、促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞（Eph）/肝配蛋白（ephrin）信号通路发挥治疗缺血性脑卒中后学习记忆障碍作用，应进一步探讨各通路相互作用对缺血性脑卒中学习记忆功能的影响。

Abstract

Electroacupuncture may play a role in treatment of learning and memory impairment after ischemic stroke by regulating phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase（PI3K）/protein kinase B（Akt） signaling pathway

cyclic adenosine monophosphate（cAMP）-dependent protein kinase A（PKA）/cAMP response element binding protein（CREB） signaling pathway

nerve growth factor（NGF）/tyrosine kinase-A（TrkA） signaling pathway

Janus kinase 2（JAK2）/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3（STAT3） signaling pathway

Notch signaling pathway

erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte（Eph）/ephrin signaling pathway. The interactions among these pathways should be further explored in treatment of learning and memory impairment after ischemic stroke.
