摘要

梳理总结手厥阴心包经经穴及循经非穴治疗胃腑疾病的古今论述，由此引出对于胃病取心包经治疗原理的探索，从心胃相关、脏腑-经脉别通、气位相关3个角度对心包经与胃的关联进行了理论探讨。并基于这些探讨，思考、审视针灸临床有效施治处的选择思路及理论构建对于临床实践的指导意义。
