摘要

感冒后咳嗽也称感染后咳嗽，指在呼吸道感染的急性期症状消失后，咳嗽迁延不愈。其中以病毒性感冒引起的咳嗽最为常见，表现为刺激性干咳或咳少量白色黏痰，通常持续3～8周，X线胸片检查无异常

。感冒后咳嗽是临床多发病、常见病，现代医学主要予镇咳、抗组胺药物等对症处理，临床疗效欠佳，部分患者转为顽固性咳嗽，剧烈持久的咳嗽影响患者日常工作生活。笔者采用密波电针夹脊穴治疗感冒后咳嗽43例，现报道如下。
