颈源性失眠是各种因素所致颈部疼痛引发的不同程度的失眠，表现为睡眠短浅、难以入睡等。罹患此病后，患者的心理、生理乃至生活质量都受到极大影响。笔者采用超微针刀结合《针灸大成》不得卧方针刺治疗颈源性失眠70例，现报道如下。
