摘要

目的：观察在玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗基础上，针刺治疗干眼的临床疗效，并初步探讨其对眼表保护的作用机制。方法：将80例干眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组常规清洁睑缘及用温毛巾热敷双眼，并外用玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼，治疗5周。在对照组治疗基础上，观察组选用头面部及四肢穴位（睛明、攒竹、承泣、合谷、足三里、三阴交等）进行针刺，每日1次，每周治疗6 d，共治疗5周（共30次）。观察两组治疗前后基础泪液分泌试验（SⅠT）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、角膜荧光素染色（FL）评分、眼表疾病指数（OSDI）评分及泪液白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量，并评定临床疗效。结果：与治疗前比较，观察组患者治疗后SⅠT、BUT延长（P<0.05）

FL评分、OSDI评分及泪液IL-6、TNF-α含量降低（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者SⅠT、BUT长于对照组（P<0.05）

FL评分、OSDI评分及泪液IL-6、TNF-α含量低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率为87.5%(35/40)，高于对照组的45.0%(18/40

P<0.05)。结论：在玻璃酸钠滴眼液基础上加用针刺治疗可改善干眼患者的临床症状，促进泪液分泌，延长泪膜破裂时间，减轻角膜损害，其机制可能与减轻眼表炎性反应有关。

Abstract

Objective On the basis of sodium hyaluronate eye drops

to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on dry eye and explore the effect mechanism of ocular surface protection. Methods A total of 80 patients with dry eye were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group

which was higher than 45.0%（18/40） in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of sodium hyaluronate eye drops

acupuncture could improve the clinical symptoms of dry eye

promote the secretion of tears

prolong the tear film breaking up time

and reduce corneal damage

and effect mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory response.
