摘要

除了为人所熟知的《千金方》十三鬼穴外，在其他医籍中还记载有“徐秋夫十三鬼穴”。医籍中记载的“徐秋夫十三鬼穴”内容并不完全相同，主要表现在鬼穴名和选穴上。不同的“徐秋夫十三鬼穴”皆与《千金方》十三鬼穴有诸多相似之处，主要表现为部分选穴相同或位置相近、进针顺序一致，在治法上亦有相通之处。笔者以为“徐秋夫十三鬼穴”实际上是以《千金方》十三鬼穴为框架进行的改编。
