摘要

患者，男，73岁，于2022年1月17日就诊。主诉：双侧肢体乏力伴呼吸困难3周余。现病史：2021年12月22日出现突然昏倒、呼之可应，次日出现意识模糊伴行为异常，于外院诊断为急性脑出血（CT示出血量80 mL），当日行“显微镜下脑内血肿清除术+开颅颅内减压术+脑脊液漏修补术”，术后予“降颅压、止血、抗感染”等处理，期间因肺部感染、血氧饱和度不佳，于2021年12月30日行气管切开术，
