摘要

患者，女，40岁，于2020年5月22日初诊。主诉：头颤1个月。现病史：平素使用手机和伏案时间较多，时感头部发沉，1个月前项部不慎感受风寒后出现头颤，项部着凉、劳累后加重，睡眠时消失，影响工作和生活。刻下症：头部水平方向不自主颤动，震颤临床分级
