摘要

概述浮针疗法在周围性面瘫中的应用及研究现状，从介入时机、方案设计、进针点、扫散和再灌注、留管时间、针刺频次方面分析周围性面瘫不同分期的浮针施治特点。发现临床运用中在扫散与再灌注、留管和针刺频次方面尚无规范和标准，研究中对分期论治的探索不足。未来需要形成规范标准的操作以促进临床推广，并根据疾病的分期特点完善施治规律及疗效机制的研究。
