摘要

《黄帝内经》确立了原穴主治五脏六腑疾病的理论，然而与阴经原穴主治五脏病相比，阳经原穴主治六腑病鲜受关注，甚至颇受质疑。通过梳理早期文献并结合医家研究，发现《难经》为阳经原穴主治腑病之源头，认为这一理论不受临床重视的原因有三：“合治内腑”理论的完备、本身理论的缺陷、文献资料的匮乏；提出可从原穴腕踝脉口之本质、穴位配伍、现代技术等方面深入研究。
