摘要

对近年的术前针刺预处理相关研究进行梳理，从缓解术前焦虑、预防术后认知功能障碍、预防术后胃肠功能紊乱3个方面探讨针刺在术前准备中的应用价值。针刺作为一种相对安全的非药物治疗手段，在参与加速康复外科（ERAS）多学科合作中具有潜在优势。未来通过建立更高质量的循证医学证据，以及从更多维度揭示针刺的作用机制后，针刺技术有望与ERAS结合，优化围手术期临床路径，最终推动围手术期医学的发展。
