摘要

在三才思想指导下，基于对项痹病筋骨失衡病因病机的认识，整体施治，选择头颈背3个部位的相应穴位（天才穴：脑户、脑空；人才穴：颈夹脊；地才穴：大椎、曲垣、天宗），应用针刀松解治疗，根据病变经筋所在层次分别针至皮、肉、骨，调筋治骨，恢复颈部正常力学平衡。
