摘要

患者，男，46岁。初诊日期：2022年2月13日。主诉：右侧面部痉挛7月余，加重半个月。现病史：7月余前与人争吵后出现右侧额部不自主抽动，1个月后抽动逐渐蔓延至右侧面部，烦躁、情绪激动时易诱发或加重。于当地医院就诊，颅脑MRI平扫提示未见明显异常，诊断为“面肌痉挛”。予卡马西平片0.1 g口服，一天2次，7 d后复诊，未见明显缓解，予肉毒素于抽动局部肌内注射治疗，面部抽动短暂缓解。
