摘要

患者，女，51岁，初诊日期：2021年4月16日。主诉：左侧前额部及面部疼痛伴萎缩进行性加重1年余。现病史：2019年底无明显诱因出现左侧太阳穴处疼痛，且有局部紧缩感，持续刺痛，间断加重，非放射性，疼痛可忍受，视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分3分，无法自行缓解，无肌肉颤动及萎缩，无压痛，
