摘要

患儿，男，5岁，于2020年3月22日就诊。主诉：间歇性鼻塞、流涕伴嗅觉减退2个月。现病史：2个月前跟随家长出行踏春，游玩后出现鼻塞流涕症状，曾就诊厦门市某医院耳鼻喉科诊断为“变应性鼻炎”，予鼻部喷剂及抗过敏药物治疗（具体不详），鼻塞症状略有缓解，但仍有流涕、打喷嚏症状。刻下症：鼻塞，流清涕，鼻痒，头痛，平素喜食生冷，
