摘要

脑卒中后痉挛性肌张力障碍发病率高、危害大，是临床康复治疗的难点之一[1]。笔者运用名老中医邵经明教授治神思想指导的调神解结法火针治疗脑卒中后痉挛性肌张力障碍35例，现报道如下。1临床资料35例来自2020年8月至2022年5月河南中医药大学第三附属医院、商城县中医院康复科病房，其中男17例，女18例；年龄45～75(61±13)岁；
