摘要

目的：采用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗卒中后癫痫的选穴规律。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台（VIP）、万方数据知识服务平台（Wanfang）、中国生物医学文献数据库（SinoMed）、PubMed自建库至2022年8月1日收录的针灸治疗卒中后癫痫的相关文献。采用Microsoft Excel 2019软件建立数据库并对腧穴进行描述性分析；采用SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori算法进行关联规则分析；采用Cytoscape3.9.0软件绘制高频腧穴共现网络图；采用SPSS Statistics 25.0软件对高频腧穴进行层次聚类分析并绘制树状图。结果：共纳入39篇文献，提取针灸处方63条，涉及腧穴56个，总频次516次；腧穴使用频次居前3位的为百会、丰隆、内关；所选经脉主要为督脉、手足阳明经；选穴多分布在头项部及下肢部；在腧穴配伍方面，合谷-水沟与内关的置信度最高；前20位高频腧穴可分为4个有效聚类群。结论：现代针灸治疗卒中后癫痫重视阳经及多气多血之经的使用，核心处方为水沟-内关-合谷-百会，重视远近配穴以提高临床疗效。
