摘要

患者，女，78岁。初诊日期：2022年2月25日。主诉：慢性腹泻40余年，加重2周。现病史：40年前出现反复发作的腹痛、腹泻，稍感寒则发病或加重，并对多种抗生素及激素类药物、花粉、海鲜类过敏。2010年曾因持续性腹泻、多发性过敏就诊于北京某三甲医院，诊断为“慢性结肠炎、成人中性粒细胞减少症”，予中药治疗（具体药物不详），即时疗效可，后因口服中药出现胃肠反应而停服。病情反复发作，自行服用马来酸氯苯那敏片（扑尔敏），效果一般。
