摘要

针灸可促进压力性损伤（PI）的愈合，但其作用机制尚未充分阐明。梳理总结针灸治疗PI基础研究文献，发现针灸促进PI愈合的效应机制与调节相关信号通路靶蛋白、改善炎性反应、调节血管微环境、抗氧化应激损伤、抑制细胞凋亡密切相关。指出目前研究的不足和未来的研究方向，认为目前尚缺乏对其上游调控机制、具体细胞分子以及各分子间相互作用机制的研究，针灸促进PI愈合机制仍需要多层次、多靶点、多维度的深入探索。
